The initial deposit consists of (1)Registration Fee, even for prior students and (2)The Books/Supplies/Technology fee. This is a total of $490 as the initial deposit and will hold the student’s spot in our program. This is due by June 1, 2021, which gives Jen enough time to order materials.
Harmony Hills Academy performs a theatre production each year. We have worked out a special program for our students which consists of weekly acting classes and a large performance in the fall or spring semester. New parents are surprised at the props, costumes, choreography, and the production quality of this grand performance. The cost is $325 and is wrapped into the monthly tuition total.
We also are implementing a new Visual Arts program, incorporating Art, Music and STEAM principles. This will cover expenses for special instructors or materials. The cost is $350 and is wrapped into the monthly tuition total.
Field Trips are scheduled about once per month, with a cost of about $7 to $10 per trip. These are paid as we go. Students will be transported to events by staff and parents.
The “Fees” are used for consumable and technology purchases and are only paid once.

Billing Procedures
Plan A: Payment of 100% is due upon registration.
Plan B: Payment of 50% is due upon registration. The second payment is due by January 1.
Plan C: All fees are wrapped into the monthly tuition due to the school, spread out over 12 equal monthly payments due on the 1st of each month (June/2021 to May/2022). An automatic payment plan via bank account transfer or credit card is required.

Summer Enrichment Camps
This is an excellent way to get back into the swing of school.
